This year I would love to have some discussions here on the forum about ways in which we can mix up the event, try some new things, and continue to refine it to serve the needs of community leaders and managers.
For those of you who have been to CLS previously I would love to hear your input on some of the following:
- What organizational elements can we improve and refine?
- What kind of content would you like to see? Just unconference, or more presentations, or other types of content?
- What refinements can we make to the unconference piece - how can we make it easier to understand and more efficient?
- Anything else!
