Practical/teachable solutions for preventing bad behavior at meetings

As the current news has opened up a lot of discussion about harassment and unwanted behavior, from micro-agression to overt suggestions, and other more or less pervasive bad behaviors that a lot of our community has been subjected to at one point (lots of MeToo in our area of science).

Has your community been able to create some practices, or at least some materials that can be shared to bring awareness and alternative behavioral solutions to make meetings places where these behaviors are openly disavowed and don’t happen?
